Use of Our Online Services
Waitlist
When you sign up to the waitlist on www.provision.money we will retain the name and email address you provide, contacting you only to provide information and offers in relation to the provision.money app.
Collection of Personal Data
When you use our app we will have access to your personal data that you submit to us and any banking providers that you connect and consent to viewing your transactions data and associated personal data. Such Personal Data may include your bank account information, account balance, transactions and credit cards.
The manner in which we access, use, process and store your personal data for the provision of the Services is set out below.
Use of Your Personal Data
In order to access and use the main functionality of our Services, we will direct you to use our trusted service provider MoneyHub who use Open Banking in order to transmit and access information, including personal data, relating to payment accounts that you hold to us.
The information we collect and process will be used to run the app and associated services.
Consent
We'll be able to access your Account Information (including any Personal data), only if you give us explicit consent. You will need to refresh your consent every 90 days and can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing support@provision.money.
Deletion of Personal Data
We will not keep your Personal Data for longer than necessary. We will delete your Personal Data as soon as it is no longer needed to provide the services to you or upon the services no longer being provided.
To request your data to be deleted please send us an email at support@provision.money. Your data will be deleted within 30 days from your request. The only exception to this deletion of data is where there are legal or regulatory purposes to retain the data.
Disclosure
We may share your Personal Data with selected third parties, including business partners, suppliers and subcontractors that assist us in the provision of our Service to you. The third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information as instructed by us to provide Services to you.

We take the security of your personal information very seriously and have appropriate physical, technical and administrative procedures in place to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure as required by law in England.
